1998 Poppino Reunion
The Rocky Point Home Site

This home (about 700 square feet) housed the entire Dora Poppino clan, plus Dora's son Chester, his wife Loleta, and their first son, Leonard.

Of the many home sites that the Poppino's rented throughout Northeast Oklahoma, this was the only site still standing as of the Summer of 1998.  However, it was scheduled for demolition within the upcoming year.

Above these ceiling joists is the attic where all of the children slept.  Needless to say quarters were cramped.

Those shown above are only a portion of the original family members who lived in this dwelling.  From left to right, they are Leather, Flossie, Dorothy, Leta, Bonnie, and brother Chester's wife, Loleta.
